2a. AI Features and Third-Party AI Services

Our Service includes optional AI-powered features that use third-party artificial intelligence services. When you use these features, the following data may be sent to our AI provider:

Business information: Business name, address, contact details, service offerings, and promotional messages
Booking data: Booking details, schedules, and aggregated statistics (for analytics queries)
Your input: Text you type into AI chat or suggestion fields

AI Service Provider: We use OpenAI (OpenAI, L.L.C., San Francisco, USA) to process AI requests. Data sent to OpenAI is subject to OpenAI's Privacy Policy and their API Data Usage Policy.

Your consent: AI features are optional. Before any data is sent to our AI provider, the app will ask for your explicit consent. You can use all other features of the Service without enabling AI features. You may withdraw your consent at any time through the app settings.

Data retention by AI provider: As per OpenAI's API data usage policy, data submitted through the API is retained for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring and is not used to train their models.

3. Data Storage and Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorized access, modification, or disclosure. Your data is stored securely using cloud infrastructure with industry-standard encryption.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not share your personal information with third parties except as described in this policy, such as:

With third-party vendors and service providers (e.g., Stripe for payments, Firebase for hosting) who need access to such information to carry out work on our behalf
With OpenAI for AI-powered features, only when you have given explicit consent (see Section 2a)
